Managing your NDIS package

Plan Management with Anuha ensures:
• The invoices for your supports and services are paid promptly.
• Plan Management helps you to understand your NDIS plan, you’re funding and how you can use that funding.
• That your budget is monitored.
• That your services charge to correct support categories and
• Provide advice on how to best use your plan funding.

Support Coordination
A Support Co-ordinator will support you to make choices by:
• Working beside you to identify what you want from supports and services.
• Linking you to a mix of services and supports that build your skills and increase your capacity.
• Mentoring you to develop confidence to work with providers and gain independence in managing your plan.
• Coaching you through challenges and preparation for your plan reviews and reporting on how you have achieved outcomes.
